Payments

We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you.  We use a number of best-in-class electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. All payments are securely processed through PAYPAL.  We do not have access to any credit card information.  The following forms of payment are accepted for online orders: Visa and MasterCard.

Shipping

All shipping will be handled through UPS, Canada Post or Purolator. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We cannot ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We ship on standard business days only (Monday – Friday). All orders ship out within 48 hours.

FREE Shipping applies to all orders over $80 USD before shipping/taxes and are shipped via Canada Post Expedited. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location.  Expedited parcels can take 4-7 business days, Express can take 2-4 business days.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

We take pride in our customer service and want to 100% guarantee your satisfaction.

Please know that we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products but will do our best to help should any issues arise.

We are committed to offering our customers the finest skin care products available. Our return period is 30 days from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have been exceeded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an image of the condition you received it in when you contact us. All returns are subject to evaluation by Belly Buttons and Babies and we reserve the right to refuse the return of items not in the condition that they were purchased in or that are damaged or destroyed.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package with a tracking number and insurance. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. If you are returning an item(s) received as a gift, please mark “Gift Return” on the invoice to be included with your return.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. If you have questions about returns or wish to initiate a return, please contact us, we’re always happy to help.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide an image, the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

FAILED RETURNS

When items are returned that do not meet the return criteria, you will be contacted via telephone and email once per day for 3 days. Customer Service will give you 2 options for your merchandise. If we are unable to contact you after 3 days, your items will automatically be donated to charity. Options are: 1. You may pay the shipping costs to have your merchandise shipped back to you. or 2. We will donate your items to charity.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Exchanges are a breeze. We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us and let us know the reason for exchanging an item and we can provide you additional instructions.

Are prices in CAD or USD dollars?

You can pay in either USD or CAD.  All products are shipped from Canada.

Where are products shipped from?

All of our orders are shipped from Canada.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We are conscious of our packaging outlay and the environment. Because of this we reuse clean shipping boxes where possible. We request that you reuse or recycle any of the packaging sent to you. We’re all in this together and appreciate your help!

What are your products shelf life?

Because our products are made using varied natural ingredients we recommend using our products within 12 months for freshest “consumption.” You can help extend the life of your products by storing them in their original, closed container in a cool, dry environment up to 18 months.

Are your products all-natural?

We strive to use the most natural products possible. All of our ingredients are natural… (All products are always human tested first–a rule you should follow for yourself especially if you have sensitive skin).

Have products been tested on animals?

No. We respect all living creatures and therefore never test any of our products on animals. All of our products ARE tested, however, on live human beings. We’re part of The Leaping Bunny Program and provide the best assurance that no new animal testing is used in any phase of product development of our products.
